‘Something better than me’ is a theoretical and visual publication project that condenses reflections on fiction production and its political dimension through press images, music, graphic novels and advertising produced in the 80s and 90s. Such cultural manifestations open up different forms of registering historical events that have become symbolic landmarks of a moment of ideological transition.
