I'm Going to Lose My Mind is a collection of portraits depicting fictional characters with borderline personality disorder (BPD), taken from the Appendix: Fictional Characters with Personality Disorders published on Wikipedia. Each drawing captures their visual and emotional essence, reflecting the intensity, instability, and vulnerability that characterise BPD. Through art, the book explores themes such as fragmented identity and the struggle for emotional control. This work seeks to generate empathy and awareness about BPD, breaking stereotypes and stigmas surrounding mental health. With an accessible and moving style, it invites the reader to reflect on the psychological complexity of these characters and, by extension, of real people living with the disorder.
