On Thursday 15 at 20:00 h . presentation of the comic ' RESACA ' by Mamen Moreu , with the great Albert Monteys doing the honors .

Mamen Moreu retakes Marcela, the character born in the strips published in "El jueves" to create Resaca, an unpublished comic based on hooligan humor, sex and alcohol. The protagonist is a girl in her late twenties , the only thing that is clear is that weekends are for partying . Spinning stories mostly inspired by the life and environment of the author, have accommodated the pre-thirties crisis (and not so pre-), the burden of finding work , friends starting to marry and have children, rejection of age and live as a post-adolescent , night world , guys, mixed drinks , waiters ... and ponies, lots of ponies .
As noted by artist Dario Adanti , " Marcela is living Spain's hangover of the 90's , the demolition of the welfare state , the end of the construction bubble and the collapse of a system that gives no more . In other words: this crisis is taking with it, most of the best Spain ever had . Marcela struggles to survive with what she has and what she can get, and the adult world does not seem to promise anything that she wants to see fulfilled . So she just goes out and gets drunk . She gets drunk and scores , scores and fucks , fucks and sometimes goes well and sometimes not. As everyone . Or almost all ... " .

" Mamen Moreu ( Huesca, 1985). Cartoonist and bookseller , book lover and comics reader from very young , starts drawing by the time she could hold a pencil .
